Obituary

Frank Brazee of Mansion St., Coxsackie died Tuesday, May 25, 2015 at Barnwell Nursing and Rehab, Valatie. He was 71.

Frank was born in Sharon, CT, a son of the late Dwight and Lillian Warden Brazee. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.

A lifelong area resident, over the years Frank worked as a truck driver and farmer. He previously worked, as foreman, for Black Horse Farms.

One son Alvin Brazee Jr. died in 1973, one brother Thomas Brazee died previously.

Surviving are his wife, Rosemary Scofield Brazee, whom he married in 1971; one daughter Rebecca Ziegler (Lyndon) of Earlton, one son Michael Franklin Brazee at home; two brothers Roy Brazee of Germantown and Ken Brazee of Tivoli, one sister Joyce Palmer of Stanfordville; one grandson Jason. Many cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 12:00 - 1:45 p.m. at Millspaugh Camerato Funeral Home, 139 Jefferson Hgts., Catskill. A prayer service will be conducted by Fr. Michael Flannery at 1:45. Interment, with military honors, will be in Town of Catskill Cemetery.
