Catherine B. Bohn of Summit Ave., Catskill, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2015 in New York City. She was 90.

A native and lifelong Catskill resident, Catherine was the daughter of the late Albert and Nellie Howard Scott. A Catskill High School graduate, she attended the Spencer Business School in Albany. For many years Catherine worked as a stenographer and then as a case worker for Greene County Department of Social Services. Catherine also volunteered for the County Election Board and later worked at Stewarts and Jamesway.

She was a 50+ year member of the First Reformed Church, Catskill and sang in the Senior Choir. Catherine was a past president of the American Legion Auxiliary, Post #110.

Her husband, Henry Peter Bohn, died February 28, 1995.

Beloved mother of Janice (Clifford) Weiss and Henry Allen Bohn, all of Catskill; loving grandmother of David and Eric Weiss; aunt of Maria Carabello and Christina Tzortzis. Two great nephews and two great nieces also survive.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at Millspaugh Camerato Funeral Home, 139 Jefferson Hgts., Catskill. A Funeral Service will be conducted on Thursday at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Pastor Joanna Tipple will officiate. Interment will follow in Town of Catskill Cemetery.
